Pathway Health will be attending the LeadingAge Minnesota 2016 Institute and Expo at the Saint Paul RiverCentre. You can find us at booth #408. In addition, Lisa Thomson will be give a presentation—C.R.E.A.T.E. Success in 2016—to kick off the Expo.
Later that same day, Lisa Abicht-Swensen will present “Hospice and Nursing Home Partnerships: Balancing Regulation and Quality” at 4 pm.
Today, during the LeadingAge Minnesota 2016 Institute and Expo, there will be several presentations from Pathway Health representatives. Lisa Abicht-Swensen will give two presentations. The first, “2015 Survey Trends in Comprehensive Home Care,” will be at 12:30 pm. The second, “Hospice in Assisted Living: Balancing Risk and Reward,” will be at 4 pm.
Lisa Thomson will present “The New World of Managed Care: Creating Operational Strategies for Success” at 2:30 pm, and finally, Colleen Toebe will be presenting “Cultivating a Successful Staff Development Program” at 4 pm.
Pathway Health will be exhibiting at the Wisconsin Director of Nursing Council Symposium 2016. Be sure to visit us at booth #204.
