Dietary / Nutrition Services
We provide consultation on all aspects of dietary
services including but not limited to: quality and nutritional content of
food served, quality of the dining experience, cost effectiveness,
compliance with standards, laws and regulations, staffing, training,
sanitation, safety, supplies and maintenance of equipment and work areas.
We
evaluate your current policies and procedures, as well as maintain accurate
and current documentation in medical and dietary records.
Our
experienced consultants assess facility compliance with all applicable
federal, state and local laws and/or regulations, all regulations governing
medical or health assistance programs and facility dietary related policies
and procedures.
In
addition, we participate in onsite training and development to maintain up
to date knowledge and meet responsibilities, professional standards and
principles required of a Consultant Dietitian as defined in federal, state
and local laws and regulations and all regulations governing medical or
health assistance programs. We also provide ServSafe training, as requested.
