Hands on Approach to Behavior Management

This 4 hour seminar will provide skilled nursing facility as well as Senior Living staff a focused presentation on creating, implementing, supervising and evaluating an effective behavior response program. A self audit tool to allow for a true evaluation of their care planning as it relates to behavior identification and response will be provided. This presentation will provide attendee?s with an action plan to determine compliance with the restraint clarification information recently released by CMS.
