Leadership

The Leadership division is responsible for consulting services and developing resources, educational materials and training that will assist long term care providers with leadership development and total quality management systems.  Areas to include employee and resident satisfaction processes, effective use of available data and development of improvement plans, conflict resolution, problem solving skills, dealing with and leading change, coaching and mentoring, improving retention and employee performance.
