With a Thankful Heart, I Celebrate Our Success.

To me, being truly thankful for all I have in life, both personally and professionally, means taking nothing for granted…and taking no one for granted. I strive to be a great leader because of the great support system of people behind me, who have been there through good times and learner times. I sincerely appreciate all of you.

Of course November is the season of thanksgiving, but it is about a little bit more. As I gather with friends and family—away from the daily hustle—I will stop to look around and say, “This is what all the hard work is for, and this is who all the hard work is for.”

I hope all of you can also take that moment to count the true blessings in life. My list certainly includes:

– Being passionate about my work.
– Helping phenomenal employees thrive.
– Tackling team projects, again and again, to make a difference in people’s lives.
