Compliance and Ethics with Karolee Alexander

Care Providers of Minnesota will host an online workshop titled, “Compliance and Ethics Program,” to present the key elements of a compliance and ethics program to comply with the Phase 3 regulations.
Pathway Health’s Karolee Alexander will work with webinar participants to determine a compliance and ethics program that meets guidelines from the Requirements of Participation.
Objectives include:
- Understand the regulatory language for compliance and ethics from guidance in the State Operations Manual
- Identify the key required elements of a compliance program
- Describe the required components of an ethics program and who the key players are
- Learn leadership strategies for implementing compliance and ethics programs in a SNF/NF
